A Workshop on Writing and Publishing Articles for al-Taqwa Magazine of Social Sciences was presented! The workshop was held for the lecturers of both faculties of Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education (ATIHE) on writing and publishing articles for Al-Taqwa Magazine of Social Sciences. The primary objective of the workshop was to provide guidance and support to the lecturers in writing and publishing research papers and articles in the magazine. The workshop commenced with the recitation of a few verses from the Holy Quran.

Then, The Chancellor of ATIHE, Mr. Khushal, delivered an opening address, where he encouraged the lecturers to engage in research activities and write different articles.

During his speech, Mr. Khushal, the Chancellor of ATIHE, emphasized that research is an intricate and demanding process, and thus urged the lecturers to exercise patience.

 He also reassured them that the administration is fully committed to supporting their research endeavors. Moreover, Dr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, the VC Academic at ATIHE, delivered a comprehensive speech on the importance, purpose, benefits of research, and talked about the characteristics and etiquettes of a professional researcher.

 His future emphasized the significance of impartiality and avoiding plagiarism while conducting research, and also highlighted the advantages of research in addressing community problems. During the workshop, Mr. Seerat explained the conditions and rules for publishing articles in Al-Taqwa Magazine of Social Sciences. He also provided details about the upcoming second volume of the magazine, which will feature articles from lecturers of ATIHE and other higher education institutions and universities.

The workshop concluded with a productive discussion where participants shared their ideas and raised questions regarding the research and publishing process.

 

The workshop was well-received by the attendees, who appreciated the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in academic writing and publishing.
