Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education established the Professional Development Center (PDC) in 2018 with the aim of increasing the capacity of its faculty lecturers and administrative staff. It is clear that by changing time, new issues and staff needs for capacity-building sessions emerge; so it is beneficial to provide all employees with high standards and that is what PDC works for.
