Cricket Club is one of the most important sports clubs at Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education. Our club has 25 talented players alongside a coach, trainers, and other selection committee members. The club allows our student members to pursue their cricketing dreams while completing their chosen studies. We convince the students who combine their education with a high-performance cricket training program. Our players are striving to succeed on the highest stages possible.
Our chant of success is not contained to the cricket field. The Club expects the same levels of enthusiasm and desire from our players in their study/work life. With the strength of The University of Taqwa, our players have the opportunity to create a successful life outside of cricket. Our shared network is extensive with players and Alumni successful in a wide variety of industries.
In all the seasons, on weekends matches are scheduled, and we hope to play either friendly matches against other cricket league & development teams or even internal social matches. This is an excellent opportunity for newcomers and social members to come along and get acquainted with the Cricket Club, and either just learn about, or actually play, the wonderful game of cricket. We play T20s, ODIs, T10s, and sometimes test matches.
