SDGs Club

Introduction:

The SDGs club is established to advance Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education’s sustainability agenda, focusing on Reducing Poverty (SDG1), Promoting Quality Education (SDG 4), Improving Life on Land (SDG 15), and building partnerships for the Goals (SDG 17) at the university level and more. The Club works collaboratively with the United Nations Volunteers (UNV) office in Afghanistan, a strategic partner of ATIHE, and some other national and international organizations to integrate the SDGs in the country and beyond.

Purpose of the Club:

The Club provides excellent opportunities for Al-Taqwa University students to gain practical leadership skills through planning, designing, and implementing sustainability projects and activities toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Afghanistan.

  • Advance Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education’s sustainability agenda
