MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING SIGNS BETWEEN AL-TAQWA HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION AND THE AFGHANISTAN ACADEMY OF SCIENCES A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Al-Taqwa Higher Education Institution (ATIHE) and the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, aiming to promote academic and research collaborations between the two institutions. During the event of signing, Mr. Jawad, the chancellor of ATIHE, acknowledged the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences as a prestigious academic and research institution in Afghanistan. He stated that the objectives of this MoU are to share experiences and capacities in the academic and research fields, to increase the capacity of lecturers in research issues, to facilitate practical education for ATIHE’s students in the Academy of Sciences, and to carry out research projects jointly. Mr. Jawad also assured the Academy of Sciences that ATIHE would fulfill the commitments stated in the agreement responsibly and on time. Mr. Jawad further wished that all the public and private universities and institutes including the Academy of Sciences, pay special attention to research. Moreover, Mawlawi Muhibullah Ismat, head of the foreign and cultural affairs of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, welcomed the collaboration with ATIHE and assured the leadership of ATIHE of any cooperation in scientific, research, and compilation fields. The MoU was signed by Dr. Abdul Hameed Seerat, Vice Academic Chancellor of ATIHE, and Maulwi Muhibullah Ismat, head of the Foreign and Cultural Affairs of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, in the presence of distinguished members of the leadership, including Mr. Khushal Jawad, the chancellor of ATIHE, Mr. Zahidullah Sidi, dean of the faculty of law and political science at ATIHE, the head of foreign and cultural affairs of the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences, Maulwi Muhibullah Ismat, the head of the office, Mr. Shaukatullah Abid, Mr. Muhammad Ali Tarzi, the head researcher of the Social Sciences Center, Mr. Ahmad Shah. Wardak, the head of the Center for Strategic and Regional Studies of the Middle East Institute, Abdul Sabor Mubarez, and other representatives from both institutions. Furthermore, during the ceremony, the leadership of ATIHE presented the first and second volumes of the Al-Taqwa Journal of Social Sciences to the leadership of the Academy of Sciences. This gesture highlights ATIHE's commitment to promoting academic research and scholarship. This MoU marks a significant milestone in the promotion of scientific and research cooperation between ATIHE and the Afghanistan Academy of Sciences. Center for Political and Diplomatic Practical Issues was Established!

  Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education (ATIHE) has inaugurated a Center for Political and Diplomatic Practical Issues within the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Faculty of Law and Political Science. This event was attended by representatives and leaders from the eastern zone of Afghanistan, private higher education institutions, universities, national businessmen, and members of the media. During the opening speech, Mr. Khushal Jawad, the Chancellor of ATIHE, highlighted the significance of the center as a platform for students to receive practical training related to political and diplomatic issues. He emphasized that the center aims to enhance the abilities and skills of students and provide them with the experience needed to excel in administrative, political, and diplomatic affairs. Additionally, Mr. Jawad stated that the center will organize professional capacity-building programs for employees of related departments to improve their abilities and skills. Furthermore, the center will conduct research on political and diplomatic issues related to Afghanistan politics and diplomacy, analyze any problems in the relevant arena, and provide appropriate solutions to in-charge officials. Assistant Prof. Ehsanullah Nasih, Vice Academic Chancellor of Nangarhar University, praised the innovative thinking of ATIHE and expressed gratitude towards its leadership for providing and facilitating students with practical education alongside theoretical studies. Representatives from various organizations and institutions, including Assistant Prof. Ehsanullah Nasih, Vice Academic Chancellor of Nangarhar University, Mr. Muhibullah Allahyar, Vice Academic Chancellor of Tabish University, Mr. Haji Hakim Mushfiq, Vice Academic Chancellor of Al-Falah University, national entrepreneurs, representatives of the media, and representatives from related departments, participated in the ceremony. In conclusion, the Center for Political and Diplomatic Practical Issues at ATIHE is a significant milestone for the Department of Political Science and International Relations, offering students practical training and research opportunities, as well as capacity-building programs for employees. The center's inauguration was a success and was attended by distinguished guests from various organizations and institutions. The head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations at ATIHE, Mr. Ustad Ahmed Nishat Kelewal, concluded the event with a brief seminar and provided the participants with information about the center's introduction, importance, goals, and plans.

The (BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTER) was opened!

  The Al-Taqwa Institute of Higher Education has established a Business Incubation Center under the auspices of the Business Administration Department of the Faculty of Economics. The center was inaugurated in the presence of dignitaries from the institute's leadership, representatives of public and private higher education institutions, universities from the eastern zone, national business leaders, and media representatives. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Khushal Jawad, Chancellor of ATIHE, emphasized that the center would provide practical training to students of the Department of Trade Administration in business start-up and development. He further elaborated that the center would enhance students' professional abilities and skills, enabling them to organize and advance business affairs and perform their tasks efficiently. Mr. Jawad also announced that the center would initiate a professional capacity-building program for small-scale entrepreneurs at the local level, promoting their abilities and skills. Additionally, ten students would be trained practically every six months on a rotation basis. The Vice Academic Chancellor of Nangarhar University, Assistant Prof. Ehsanullah Nasih, praised ATIHE's innovative thinking and expressed gratitude towards its leadership for facilitating students with practical education alongside theoretical studies. Representatives from various organizations and institutions, including national entrepreneurs, Vice Academic Chancellors of Tabish University and Al-Falah University, and representatives of the media, also participated in the ceremony.   The event concluded with a brief seminar by Mr. Wasiqullah Hamdard, Head of the Department of Trade Administration of the Faculty of Economics at ATIHE. He provided the participants with an overview of the center's introduction, importance, goals, and plans.
